5. Keep your pillow case and towels clean by washing them from time to time because they are absorbent which will absorb even acne contributors.
6. Keep your fingernails trim and clean because if they are grown up and untidy then some toxins may enter the skin while scratching or so.
7. Avoid pricking the pimples which will worsen the matter.
8. Eat fiber rich foods. Involve a diet which is rich in calcium, potassium, chloride, phosphorus, zinc, iron and sodium.
9. Diets rich in beta-carotene and zinc will keep the acne at bay.
